You have a limited amount of mail/storage space for your E-mail box. E-mails being sent to you will become undeliverable if your mail box is full or does not have enough storage available for the new E-mail.

How to get your password or username if you have forgotten?

"Click On - Home"; Below the login box you will see a button " Forgot Password, Need PIN " Enter the E-mail address that you used previously to register for the SRSC. If your E-mail address is no longer active you must contact the system administrator. Click on "Feedback" to send your request to the system administrator or call 704-382-4792.

I did not have a PIN last year, do I need a PIN to register or edit my data?

Yes, to help provide additional security for your data for on-line payment/registration. Your PIN must include 4 (Four Alpha or Numeric Characters). "Click On - Home"; Below the login box you will see a button " Forgot Password, Need PIN " update the appropriate box to create your new PIN.

Can I get my registration form deleted or reset for the October 9 - 11, 2008 SRSC so I can pay on-line.

Yes, Click on "Feedback" to send your request to the system administrator or call 704-382-4792. Your conference information will be deleted and you can restart the registration process when you receive an E-mail from the system administrator. PLEASE NOTE: Individual student payments are not accepted via mail. No, you will be locked out of the edit function for arrival/departures on September 7, 2008.

How can I change my estimated arrival or departure date/time and why is it important?

Click on "Home". Enter your; Username, Password and Pin. Click on "My Account". Click on "View Registration" Please note this information is used for interview scheduling. Example - If you will not arrive to the SRSC until 1PM on October 10, 2008 the interview scheduler will not allow you to be selected for any interviews before 1PM on the 10th.

Do I currently have to be in college to attend the student conference?

No, the following may attend the conference; MBA Candidates, Recent Under-Graduates only if the number of months between your graduation date and the SRSC is less than 12 months, Under-Graduate (You have not graduated from college). Note: The Recent Under-Graduate rule also applies for MBA graduates

What is the attire for the SRSC?

Students must wear business attire at all events where corporations will be represented during the Conference. Appropriate casual attire is permitted after hours.

Can on-line payment be accepted for more than one student or faculty member at a time ?

Yes, the group payment option is available for faculty member and student chapter president use ONLY to pay for a group of students on-line. Faculty advisor or student chapter president must contact NABA SR support by Clicking on "Feedback" or calling the support line at 704-382-2796 for details.

Why should I register on-line?

Just remember your Username, Password and PIN and you will have the capability to register for a future SRSC, by editing/updating and re-submitting your registration information. Your resume will be available electronically for release to additional companies after the SRSC. You can edit resume to reflect changes during the year. Registration package will be created in advance to decrease your wait time during onsite registration. (This is your best option)

Yes, you can pay your registration fee and membership dues on-line. Also your on-line resume will be released quickly to the corporate recruiters.

Can I submit my resume on-line?

Yes, this option will provide each student with maximum resume distribution before and after the SRSC. You will be able to register for future SRSC events by editing your member/registration information. Please remember your User ID, Password and PIN for future use to login to "My Account".

Why should I submit my resume on-line?

All resumes will be delivered electronically ONLY to the corporate recruiters. Your resume will be released to the corporate recruiters on September 7, 2008 if your membership dues and registration fees have been paid in full.

Will my resume be released to the corporate recruiters if I have not paid my registration fee or membership dues?

No, your electronic resume will be released ONLY after we receive your registration fee and membership dues or verify that your dues were paid directly to the NABA National Office. (No Exception)

Can I create my resume first and register for the SRSC at a later date?

No, you must register on-line first before the application will allow you to create your resume on-line if you don't have a SRSC member password, username and PIN. If have your login information you may edit or add your resume at any time, but will not be registered for the SRSC until you complete the registration process for the current SRSC.

Should I bring copies of my resume for distribution during the SRSC?

Yes, you should bring 25 to 30 copies of your resume for distribution to exhibitors, recruiters and NABA professional members.

What if my personal resume does not follow the format specified by the SRSC Resume Committee?

This format was developed at the request of various corporations. Your resume should follow the sample resume in the SRSC registration package. When your resume data is entered on-line it will be formatted correctly to meet our resume guidelines.

Do I need to send my resume on CD, jump drive or can I send a hard copy?

No, resumes will only be accepted through the Southern Region on-line registration tool to be included in the Resume Book. (All scholarship applicants must mail their resume and other required documents to the Scholarship Committee)
